A. The extensions we carry are clip in, tape in, I-tip, and micro link (bonded) and we also carry bundles for weft/weave extensions. Extensions can fall out if the extensions are installed properly or not handled with care. Be sure to follow out tips and application instructions. 

Rich & Bold Hair Collections can help match our hair extensions with your natural hair. We have a few options for our clients to use because we want to make sure that our hair extensions match your natural hair perfectly. You can complete the Hair Quiz or you can simple send us a photo! This will allow us to see the color, texture, and density of your hair so that we can choose the right extensions for you. Along with your photo submission, please provide us with the following information:

• Your natural or dyed hair color
• The color of your natural hair (1-10, with 1 being the darkest and 10 being the lightest)
• The tone of your natural color. Is it warm, cool or natural?
• The texture of your natural hair (straight, wavy, curly or coiled)
• To send your photos with your responses upload and reply on our Customer Service page in the form provided. 

Once we have your hair color and texture information, we will choose extensions that match as close as possible. We will also take into account your desired length and volume when choosing extensions. Rich & Bold is confident that we can find the perfect hair extensions to match your natural hair. Rich & Bold has a wide variety of hair extensions available in different colors, textures, and lengths. We are also experienced in matching hair extensions to natural hair, so we can ensure that you get the perfect look.

A. Absolutely!  For customers with short hair, with planning, you can find the perfect extensions to add length and volume. We recommend you have a hair professional to apply extensions no matter the length of hair you choose to ensure extensions are applied correctly and look natural.

A. Yes. Rich & Bold hair extensions are all 100% human and Remy hair so they style just like your own hair.

A. Yes, some breathable human hair wigs can make your head hot during summer heat. We recommend picking wigs that are lighter weight in density and possibly pick a lighter color to keep cool during the summer months. Possibly, consider wearing a shorter style wig so the air can circulate around your head and neck to help keep you cooler. In addition, we recommend to always wear a breathable cap material under your wig. Also, you may want to consider wearing a synthetic wig as they can be much lighter and cooler. We can also customize your wig for your comfort level. 

Yes, you can wash your Rich & Bold wigs. We recommend using wig shampoo and conditioner to clean your wigs as this is a milder product. Use lukewarm water because hot water can damage the hair fibers and make your wig fizzy. You must be gentle with washing your wig and avoid scrubbing as this will cause breakage and tangles. Please make sure to rinse out shampoo and conditioner thoroughly. You can also take a shower with your wig. We recommend using a shower cap to protect the lace if you are wearing a lace wig. Please add a few pin clips to secure the hair when taking a shower so it will not slip. We recommend to air dry your wigs and not put them under the dryer.

A. No. A wig could help protect your hair from additional damage. We recommend making sure the wig fits properly and is not too tight. However, we also recommend consulting with your doctor for any underlying medical condition due to hair loss.

A. No, not at this time, however we can tell you that investing in one of our Rich & Bold natural hair wigs will be the best money you have spent on yourself. You will enjoy years of beautiful, fun looks with your R&B wig so the wig will definitely pay for itself with all the many happy days you wear your wig. 

A. Yes, synthetic wigs are flammable. They are made of plastic fibers that can melt and catch fire if exposed to heat. We do not recommend using curling irons, dryers or any heated styling tools on synthetic wigs. If you have concerns about the safety of wearing a wig, don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know - we’d be happy to contact you with more information.

A. When you place an order from our shop, you can typically expect your items to ship within 5-10 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time, our customer service staff will group them whenever possible.

Please note that if there are ever shipping carrier issues your order can take up to 10-14 days to fully process and deliver your order. We will provide tracking the moment your order has shipped from Rich & Bold and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

All orders processed on our Rich & Bold website will be processed within 48 hours whenever possible; our customer service support is closed on weekends and all recognized US holidays however, so if your order comes in at that time we will process the following business day. All orders receive a real-time email notification as soon as your purchase has been paid and we follow up with all tracking notifications the minute your item(s) have left our warehouse.

A. If you find you don't love the fit of an item you ordered, Rich & Bold will review your request for a return, exchange or refund within (3) calendar days from the date of delivery. In the event your order arrives and you're not satisfied or the package is damaged please submit your issue on our Customer Service page with images to support your claim and we will be in touch via email directly.
